Once an approved candidate has agreed to meet, we either work out the details online or obtain the number so that the 'when and where' can be arranged over the phone. Before things move offline, we make sure that you have all of the information you need to make it a smooth transition when you meet in person. We'll even help you pick the place, make reservations, and follow up with you afterwards to see how it went.

We sift through thousands of profiles to find great matches that meet your criteria. Once collected for your review, you give us a thumbs up or down on each one. We then craft a few example emails to approved candidates so you can make sure you're comfortable with the general style before we begin breaking the ice and exchanging emails with them.
