What if I am not satisfied with your services? Do you have any guarantees?

If we do not fulfill our guarantee (2 or 5 dates per month, depending on the package), we will refund the full monthly service fee. If a date cancels at the last minute or does not show up it will not be counted towards this minimum. However, dissatisfactions with a date that were not caused by a controllable mistake on our part (i.e. she talks with her mouth full), will still count towards the fulfillment of our minimum performance guarantee.

We cannot ensure that each date you go on will be perfect but we can guarantee that we will follow your specifications to the tee in order to increase the chances of finding just the right matches for you.
